Joseph H. Jones —
Senior Vice President
With more than 30 years experience in the strategic planning, project management, development, and implementation of large-scale IT systems, Joe is responsible for the national Professional Services Practice of Access Data as well as the services offered by the Creative Group at access Data. Joe leads the strategy, design, creation, and implementation of all technology consulting engagements. Previously, Joe was responsible for the Managed Services business unit at Access Data which includes Managed Hosting, Co-Location, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Services, Data Backup and Vaulting, and Managed IT Monitoring Services at Access Data’s 24x7 Technology Center. The Technology Center provides over 15,000 square feet of raised floor space, generator, redundant network and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), 24x7 security, and high-availability hardware. Access Data maintains a Network Operations Center (NOC) comprised of dedicated on-site technical personnel who provide round-the-clock client support.
Mr. Jones has played a key leadership role in many of Access Data's client engagements. He served as Interim CIO for Lender's Service, Inc., the largest provider of collateral assessment services and the largest residential title agency in the United States where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology department and was a member of LSI's Corporate Executive committee. Mr. Jones provided project management and executive oversight for the construction and implementation of a sales reporting application for New York Life Investment Management. This sales reporting application became the SalesVisionTM product for Access Data. For Grosvenor Capital Management, Mr. Jones provided executive overnight for the design, construction and implementation of a complex portfolio allocation application. For John Nuveen & Company, Mr. Jones was instrumental in defining the technology vision to support the firm's strategic business objectives, designing and developing an equity pricing system and analyzing the impact of current regulatory requirements such as T+1, extended trading hours, and decimalization. He participated in a number of projects for Charles Schwab including the system assessment and implementation evaluation of a trade order management system and third-party vendor testing for Y2K readiness.
Prior to Access Data, Mr. Jones held the positions of Vice President of Technology Consulting Services for Management Consulting Solutions (MCSI) where he offered networking, database, and Internet consulting services. As First Vice President and General Manager of Mellon Accounting Services at Mellon Bank, he managed a staff of over 200 people in the Pittsburgh and Chicago offices and provided trust accounting software to banks, trust companies, and brokerage firms. With KPMG Peat Marwick, he was Senior Manager responsible for the Pittsburgh office's consulting group, providing clients with strategic planning, security reviews, and hardware/software selection.
Mr. Jones served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Certificate in Data Processing (CDP), and is the author of an informative white paper titled, "The Benefits of Outsourcing Technology".
Kevin Pochapin —
Director
With over 12 year of professional experience, including
9 years of hands on IT recruiting and recruiting management,
Kevin is responsible for the complete talent acquisition
process within AES. As a co-founder, he was instrumental
in hiring key talent within the company, establishing
an effective and efficient recruiting process, and leveraging
state-of-the art technology in the pursuit of recruiting
excellence.
Prior to helping start AES, Kevin was the Director of
Recruiting for eJiva LLC, where he was responsible for
a team of global recruiters and the recruiting operations
of the North American ERP division.
Charles P. Falce —
Managing Director, Human Resources
Chuck has more than 30 years business experience in developing
and managing Human Resource functions that support the
growth of organizations. He works closely with the management
team to develop strategic staffing plans, recruiting strategies,
compensation and benefits programs and performance measurements.
Chuck has held Executive level Human Resource positions
in Financial Services, Technology, Cable, Retail and Logistics
industry segments. These included Director of Human Resources
for Comcast Cable where he helped to lead the successful
transition from AT&T Broadband to Comcast in the Pittsburgh,
PA market. He has also held positions with Mellon Bank,
GENCO, Thrift Drug and Legent Software.
