Employee Referral Program:
Access Enterprise Solutions (AES) is proud to have your
as a member of its team and invites you to assist in the
continued growth and success of the company. We
strongly believe our employees are an excellent resource
to successfully recruit qualified individuals to fill
vacancies within the company. AES values your referrals
for our open positions. To show our appreciation,
we will pay you for each candidate you refer to us who
meets the requirements and is hired by AES.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make
or the number of bonuses you can earn.
Program Details:
You may refer anyone to AES who is not currently in our
consultant database OR anyone who has not been contacted
by AES within the past 12 months (even if they are listed
in our database). To participate in the referral
program, simply send the referred individual’s resume
to one of our recruiters using the information in the
link below. If your candidate referral meets one
of our client’s requirements and begins on assignment,
you will be eligible for a referral bonus.
- $250 Initial referral bonus payable upon completion
of 30 (thirty) billable days on an AES project
- $250 Additional referral bonus payable upon completion
of 6 (six) billable months on an AES project
- $500 Additional referral bonus payable upon completion
of 1 (one) year billable on an AES project
Bonuses will be paid at the end of the next full
pay cycle following the completion of the eligibility
period and are subject to all normal payroll deductions.
Eligibility:
- The referrer and the new hire must both be current
employees at the time of each referral bonus payment.
- Human Resources employees and AES Senior Officers
are not eligible for referral bonus payments.
- The referred candidate has not been employed by AES
within the past 12 months.
Not an AES employee? Not

Non-Employee Referral Program:
Access Enterprise Solutions, LLC (AES) has a number of
positions available across the United States, and we are
always looking for talented Information Technology professionals.
By assisting us, you can receive a financial reward of
up to $500. Using the link below, send us the name,
title, and contact information of a friend or colleague
who is not currently in our database. When you refer
a candidate who accepts a direct-hire or contract/consulting
position through AES, you will receive a referral bonus
of up to $500 upon the 90th (ninetieth) day of employment
of the referred employee. AES values your referrals
for our open positions. There is no limit to the
number of referrals you can make or the number of bonuses
you can earn.
Eligibility:
If the candidate you refer accepts employment through
AES, we will send you an email with the date they must
maintain continuous employment through for you become
eligible for bonus payment. Retain the digitally
signed email as proof of eligibility. All
referral bonuses paid to non-AES employees shall be treated
as 1099 income and can only be paid after AES has received
a signed agreement that states that you acknowledge and
accept the tax requirements of 1099 income. AES
will provide you with the agreement at the time we send
you the digitally signed email with the date you become
eligible for bonus payment.
